For most of us, there’s a pivotal moment in our lives. When we find ourselves standing on the edge of life’s chasm wanting more.

We may feel stuck, unsure of what’s next, feeling anxious from everyday pressures. Perhaps we’ve experienced trauma in our personal lives, and we don’t know where to turn, or what to do.

We want more than what we have at this moment.

Our natural instinct is to become even smaller. To wait for this feeling to pass, and for things to “go back to normal.” But what we really need to do in this moment is to make the BOLD MOVE. The one that will allow us to step into our power and above the fray where we truly belong.

I found myself at rock bottom in 2013. Trauma hit me hard. I needed to heal, grow, and find me again. I needed to Make Bold Moves in my life, and so I went into the Grand Canyon to discover this version of me.

It worked. And now I want the same for you.

Welcome to MAKING YOUR BOLD MOVES on our Grand Canyon Retreat.

It has been an honor and a privilege to have learned from Sara. Through profound experience and action, she is the real deal. Anyone can learn from a textbook, but Sara has learned from being in the thick of it. The lessons learned will last you and your teams for a lifetime.

-Mike Frey, CEO and Owner: Pacific Geosource Inc., P&H Development, LLC, Geogrid, LLC

Lia Rodi

Sara has harnessed her suffering and gifts to create a magical coaching endeavor, one that offers transformation, growth and healing to anyone who wants to hike beside her. Her warmth and natural leadership provides safe space for groups to dig deep and crack open their hearts, minds and souls — all while being mended by the force of nature around them and within them. Sara unapologetically models love of self and the arduous process of genuine forgiveness of self and others. My time with her and my tramily in the Grand Canyon was unforgettable.

I did not understand what Sara meant when she said the GC retreat would change my life forever…while the bonding and support was AMAZING, it was the process of facing my personal fears, hours spent defining my values, pushing thru emotional and physical pain, and tapping into strength that astounded even me! But mostly…the MONUMENTAL accomplishment of hiking into and out of that canyon!

My way of becoming who I am today was unconventional. Yet, it worked. We all deserve to disconnect from the outside world, and deepen our relationship with self. To connect with others and know that we are not alone. There are no other retreats out there like this.

If you are taking your first step on your personal journey, or are well on your way and are looking to continue your practice of leaning into a more joy-filled life, this is the space for you.

Community and connection are essential for change. These retreats are designed to meet you where you are, regardless of the switchbacks you’re navigating in your life.

This program is designed to be a long term compass on your life journey. I walk you through steps to use nature in life, and I share my own personal methods for embracing growth. We all deserve space to find truth, inspiration, and hope.

Everything here helped get me to where I am today. I want the same for you.

This journey showed me to be proud of my body and mind, at my own pace. Sara and her team not only accept the challenges, they embrace the challenge each person brings to the group. It is a deep learning experience that is also full of joy and hope for the future. It is the beginning of reclaiming oneself.

– Audrey Kirby

Group coaching in the Grand Canyon with Sara Schulting Kranz
Lindy Brownsberger

I was nervous and kept making excuses because I am not a “hiker” or it is not the right time, etc… I am so glad I said YES! I loved every aspect of this amazing adventure. I made new lifelong friends and will never forget the beauty and magic we experienced in the Grand Canyon. Sara is so supportive, caring, fierce, hilarious and SUPER FUN and I hope everyone gets an opportunity to join her. I am so proud to be a part of the 1% of 1% of the people that visit the Grand Canyon to have hiked all the way to the bottom… WOOHOOO!

– Lindy Brownsberger

Q: How long is this program?
A: This is a 3-month coaching program and a multi-day Grand Canyon Retreat. We will have weekly 1-hour group coaching sessions where we will deep-dive into a new topic every week. The intent is for you to be ready in every way to head into the canyon. Likewise, we keep our coaching sessions going after the retreat so you can implement what you have learned into your everyday life. Need to miss a call? No problem! They will be recorded and shared with you.

Q: How fit do I need to be?
A: If you are concerned about or questioning your physical ability, please reach out to me and let’s have a conversation. Hiking the Grand Canyon is as much about mindset as it is about physical ability.

Q: What if I am afraid of heights?
A: I have guided many people through the Grand Canyon, including clients afraid of heights and a blind para athlete (twice). Prior to the hike, we will talk through how best to accommodate and face your fears or challenges. My co-lead and I have got you.

Q: How is this different from another guided group?
A: Within the retreats I lead, it’s far beyond simply a hike. You will be guided not only into nature, but also within yourself. Being in the Grand Canyon becomes an experiential journey of self-discovery, growth, and making those bold moves.

Q: Is this really worth the money?
A: If you’re ready to invest in yourself, let go of limiting beliefs, transcend your story, and believe in you.. absolutely! Anyone who has lived through difficult life experiences knows how important it is to work on ourselves daily. I still work on myself, too. I value your time and investment as much as you do.

Q: How much time will I get with you?
A: You’ll get access to me throughout our three-months together through weekly coaching sessions, a 1:1 session, and support through Voxer. In addition, I am with you every step of the way on our Grand Canyon retreat. Not only that, but my clients become family to me. Pretty much, we are connected for life.

BONUS #1: A SIGNED COPY OF MY BOOK: Walk Through This: Harness the Healing Power of Nature and Travel the Road to Forgiveness

I wrote this book for all of you. Throughout this journey together, we will be diving deep into the pages of this book. Ask me anything while you are here.

BONUS #2: My digital course: UNSTUCK + FREE: How to Live Outside Your Comfort Zone

UNSTUCK + FREE: How to Live Outside Your Comfort Zone is an immersive digital course that brings “learning from the trail to life” with HD videos, a guided visualization, my own personal learning, and downloadable pdf worksheets.

I created this course for those ready and willing to let go of fear, should’s, and stories holding you back from living a life on your terms. This course will deepen your sense of self and guide you towards choice, freedom, and alignment with what sets your soul on fire. Recorded from the trails on Mt. Baldy in Southern California, watch and learn from this course at your leisure. I loved creating this for you! (And you hear a rock slide.. )

I was blessed to have gone on Sara’s Journey in the Grand Canyon at Christmas 2020 – it was magical. My heart was cracked wide open. Love, worthiness, and compassion for self was seen within me for the first time. Being held by another touched the core of my soul – I had never experienced that much peace, unconditional love, and laughter in life. Take that step into the Grand Canyon with Sara and “choose you.”
